Stainless steel treatment.

Descaling
Descaling involves removing visible oxide layer to surface.Cette layer is dark gray.

Scouring
Scouring is to remove a thin layer of metal from the surface of stainless steel. Mixtures of nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid are normally used for pickling stainless steel. This method is also used to remove colored by welding layers.

Passivation
Passivation usually occurs naturally on the surfaces of stainless steel, but can accelerate the natural process of treatment with oxidizing acid.

Cleaning Degreasing
We can not rely solely on acid treatments to remove oil, grease or contaminants that may prevent the passive layer from forming properly. Some features require a degreasing conducted in the state of the art in order to avoid hazards such as explosive risks in contact with grease and oxygen. Alco offers its customers a level downsizing “medical oxygen” with certificate of conformity.
